Ticker symbol to remain “REG”
JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 2018-- Regency Centers Corporation (NYSE: REG) (“Regency” or the “Company”) today announced that it will voluntarily transfer its stock exchange listing from the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) to the Nasdaq Global Select Market, effective November 13, 2018. The last day of trading on the NYSE is expected to be November 12, 2018. Regency’s stock will continue to trade under its existing “REG” symbol.
